Synthesizing technology

Based on technology we have cultivated over the years, we are capable of quickly setting up production classes from laboratory scaling up to 10,000 liters, and establishing mass production processes.
Furthermore, our capabilities extend to re-crystallization, purification processing by the use of active carbons, and elimination of foreign particles with the use of various types of filtration.

Recently, in order to respond to the market's need for diversified consigned synthesizing; we installed reactors for processing various kinds of high viscosity polymers. We provide integrated manufacturing from monomer to polymer. In addition, we can cope with the wide range of needs arising in advanced technology fields concerning functional polymeric materials, such as functional polymer material denaturation, phase inversion emulsification and purification.
